HISTORY
TUC was originally formed by the compilation of a superior Northern Territory based Greenfields' land package in 2005-2006. The tenements were staked by two seasoned business men with enough long term resource industry experience to recognise the potential of the ground available. The Company was floated on the Australian Stock Exchange in April 2007 with the primary purpose of exploring for uranium.
Since the float, a sustained field program has seen a number of new exploration successes. Particulalrly two Greenfields' Rare Earth discoveries at its Daly and Pine Creek Projects. These discoveries have afforded TUC a full spectrum of heavy and light rare earths putting the Company in a relatively unique position amongst its peers. TUC beleive these discoveries highlight the potential of a whole new rare earth district.
The Company has formed business relationships across its portfolio to maximise potential from some of its multi commodity ground holdings with partners such as Rio Tinto and Panoramic Resources.
TUC has made significant inroads into land access in more remote parts of Australia such as the East Alligator River Uranium Field, providing it with a highly competitive opportunity to access virgin prospective territory.
TUC is well placed to continue working towards our goal of discovering and developing a major deposit and providing rewards to our Shareholders via profitable and environmentally sensitive commercialisation of mineral resources.
