Peter is a process engineer with over 15 years corporate experience in the minerals industry specialising in financing, marketing, business development and general corporate activities. He has extensive experience with the development and operation of resource projects having been the Managing Director of Panoramic Resources Limited since May 2001 and previously responsible for metals marketing and various corporate functions relating to the Cawse nickel laterite project and the Silver Swan and Mt Keith nickel sulphide projects. Peter is a Director of ASX listed company Panoramic Resources Limited and non-executive Chairman of ASX listed Alloy Resources Limited. |
MR IAN BAMBOROUGH

Ian has had significant mining industry experience in various geological leadership roles including Greenfield's exploration, underground and open cut mine production, near mine exploration and technical services. He holds a Masters in Geology and an MBA. Ian was Principal Exploration Geologist at Newmont Australia's Tanami Operations in the Northern Territory and the Jundee Operations in Western Australia. Prior to joining TUC in late 2007 Ian also worked as part of a multidisciplinary corporate advisory team with Newmont Mining Corporation in the USA providing consultations on multi commodity exploration business development, M&A activities and operational support and audit initiatives. Ian is also a Director on the NT Mining Board. |

Leon (B.E and M.Eng-Sc. Melbourne University) has had extensive experience over a broad range of technical, engineering, management and corporate roles including senior positions in government, public and private industry both in Australia and overseas. Focus has been on the environmental, pollution control and waste management industries and on the energy and mining industries amongst others. This has included such diverse roles as representing Australia as an expert engineering advisor in the Middle East, developing and commercialising new technologies (both in the public company arena and for major international groups), and managing all aspects of an industrial mineral development from mine and processing to product development and marketing. |
MR MICHAEL BRITTON

Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a Professional National Accountant with the National Institute of Accountants. He has 12 years experience in accounting and finance and for the last five years has acted in the capacity of a principal of an accounting firm. Michael spent two years working in London in investment banking for Banque National de Paris and Schroder Investment Management. |
MR ANTHONY BARTON

Anthony Barton is the founding Executive Chairman of Australian Heritage. Mr Barton is a graduate of the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) degree. Anthony has extensive commercial experience having acted in senior executive and director capacities with two leading Australian stock broking firms. Anthony's expereince encompasses, capital markets, corporate finance, funds management and venture capital in a career spanning over 30 years. He has an extensive knowledge of the requirements for fundraising and listing on the Australian Stock Exchange. |
MR GRAEME BODEN

Graeme is an experienced business executive with more than 20 years in senior corporate or financial roles, particularly in the planning and evaluation function of the resources industry and in the finance and administration function of a range of industries. He has over 15 years experience as a director or secretary of ASX listed companies. Graeme's past employers have included BHP, CRA, US giants Tenneco and Atlantic Richfield and the Sons of Gwalia group, whilst his experience as an office holder of ASX listed companies has been with newly listed or emerging companies in early stages of development. |
